Then, in the process of flat embroidery in the middle, whether the sequin head is raised or not is a question that needs to be carefully considered.

If there are not many stitches in the middle flat embroidery, usually no more than 1000 stitches at most, so don't lift the sequin head. If there are more needles in the middle, it is better to raise the sequin head. The former is not lifted because the time consumption of raising and lowering the sequin head is considered to account for a larger proportion of the time. For the latter, it is necessary to lift it up because the thread will inevitably break if the number of needles is too large. If the sequin head is not lifted, threading will be more troublesome.

Lock the needle to close the coordination of the relationship between the sequin head and the thread trimming device. When making the sequin embroidery version, the sequin machine must lock the needle, because the stitch to put the sequin is at least a 3.7mm flat needle. If the lock pin is not strong, it will directly cause the film to fall. Generally use short stitches and flat stitches to lock the stitches back and forth.
